Abstract

This research study examines the sale and purchase of shares in the stock market through the lens of Islamic teachings. The study aims to investigate the compatibility of modern stock market transactions with Islamic principles and jurisprudence. A comprehensive review of Islamic literature and jurisprudential rulings is conducted to identify the key ethical and legal considerations for Muslim investors.
