In the contemporary era, gender justice and the protection of women's rights have transcended mere legal discourse to become complex socio-psychological challenges. To comprehend the unique status Islam bestowed upon women since its inception, the Prophetic instances of redressing grievances serve as a foundational source. Moving away from conventional, descriptive academic flows, this study adopts an inductive approach that evaluates scattered exegetical and Hadith traditions not merely as static historical events, but through their underlying economic, familial, societal, and psychological dimensions. Through a rigorous academic scrutiny of these micro-narratives, the primary objective of this research is to explicate the comprehensive, empathetic methodology and divine model instituted by the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ to provide immediate administrative, moral, and emotional relief to aggrieved or vulnerable women. This paper demonstrates that the Prophetic approach was deeply rooted in profound humanitarian principles such as direct accessibility, the eradication of institutional hardships, and acute gender responsiveness. The study concludes that reforming contemporary legal and administrative infrastructures in light of this compassionate Prophetic model remains indispensable for achieving substantive justice.
