This study explores methodology of the prophet Muhammad (PBUH) about utilizing the secret information as the strategic and structured component of community protection and state-building in early Islam. The research highlights the ways of gathering the intelligence reports, controlling the information. The strategic secrecy which played a central role in ensuring the survival and expansion of the nascent Muslim community has also been explained. The study adopts a historical-analytical and qualitative approach. It draws upon classical Islamic sources to rebuild the patterns of security practices and information management. The findings reveal that the Holy Prophet (ﷺ) employed a perfect intelligence system which included various disclosures, among them coded communication, trustable informants, and decentralized information chains. Such measures were not only reactive but they formed a proactive security doctrine that aimed at preventing conflict, minimizing risk and enabling informed decision-making. The covert operations, migration strategies and diplomatic engagements further demonstrate a high level of situational awareness, planning, and adaptability. The study concludes that the Prophetic model elaborates a sophisticated framework of information utilization which integrates ethical considerations with strategic foresight. This model offers valuable insights for contemporary discussions on security, governance, and intelligence management within both religious and modern socio-political contexts.
