Abstract

Medical science has progressed a lot in the present day and this progress has brought many conveniences, but it has also raised a lot of questions from a Shariah point of view, one of them is the issue of artificial methods of reproduction, such as IVF, ICSI, cloning etc. The problem here is not simply to find a solution to the problems of infertility and scientific achievements, but to find harmony between the requirements of scientific research and the principles and values ​​established by Islam on which Islamic legislation is based, because it while the invention has opened the doors of many marriages, on the other hand, it has also lit a candle of hope for childless people. Therefore, in this research, we have to keep an eye on these evils and corruptions, and we will provide a Shariah and research review of artificial reproduction methods ، apart from this, its impact on the society will also be evaluated. There are two opinions of the scholars in the present era about artificial reproduction, some declare it permissible and some illegitimate, so we will review their opinions in this article also. And this invention has given rise to many new questions that were never asked before, so finding the answers to these questions is also a part of this research.
