Abstract

Obligations are duties and commitments of a person which are ethically and legally imposed or enforced to behave accordingly in a society. Whereas power is described as entitlement and fundamental rights which are allowed to people in reference to the legal system, social norms, or moral theory. Islam as the primitive religion, narrated four kinds of rights for mankind. The Right of Allah. The Right of the Body.Human Rights. The Right of Subornments.

Basically, there are two domains of obligations or duties, one is definite and the other is indefinite. Obligations and rights are interconnected with each other while defining morality and ethics. In Islam, the first and fundamental right is to worship Allah Almighty, which is the Right of Allah. He is the only one to be worshiped, and should be praised is the right of Allah.  Human rights are based on moral, political, and legal values. Islam believes in giving rights while western countries are looking for rights. Infidel denies the Rights of Allah. They consider The Magna Carta as the founder of human rights while the character of human rights for the United Kingdom was its end. Manga Carta only introduced the rights of aristocracy and feudalism. Holy Prophet PBUH is an epitome example for mankind till the end of life. His commandments are divine. He instructs his followers to claim their rights never before fulfilment of their duties. In concern, He set up examples by performing them himself. He believes in equality for all, especially for the frail and feeble including poor, old, children, women, and sick are included.
