Determining the objectives plays an important role in the formation of the administrative structure. The Islamic Shari’ah revealed the detailed rules of life, it also made a complete arrangement for the environment and mental requirements to adhere to these rules. Therefore, education in Muslim societies, the main reason for failure is that the foundations of the education system are not as per Qur’ānic teachings. The Islam presents a permanent social, political and economic system. Similarly, the courage to follow these systems of life is proportional the mindset was required for its production, the Qur’ānic education system also describes the objectives and fundamentals separately, which was presented in this research paper.
